If you'd like a tool for setting your goals, you can use this web-based application:

http://www.Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A Vision Wall (inspiring images attached to yor goals) is available too.
Syncs with Evernote, and also comes with mobile-web, Android and iPhone apps.

Whereas CIMT focusses on movement, it is also possible to use the same principle of constraint for the hearing system. This can help to re-train the auditory processing centres in the brain and improve speech performance. We have developed a number of sound therapy programmes which currently are being trialed with a number of brain-injured clients at our Centres in Istanbul and Ankara (Turkey). Early indications are very positive and the programmes are being refined based on client feedback. The programmes are currently only available at our Centres in Turkey and in London (U.K.), but we will be pleased to provide further information to interested parties on request. See our website at: www.sascentre.com, or write to info@sascentre.com.

When I visit a blog, chances are that I see that the construction is poor and the writing bad. On the other hand,I could honestly say that your writing is decent and your website solid.

I'm not going to pretend I read this whole story and know what it's talking about. I will say that my sub arachnoid hemorrhage was followed by some serious memory deficits. CCS-Lutz and Communicare in Clearwater, Florida were pretty much only using compensatory strategy, or I call it "Lazy rehab" training, to help with deficits related to my intraventricular hemorrhage brain injury.

I look so forward to learning more about neuroplasticity, and brain retraining. Thanks for all that you do for 'us'........
